We developed the system out of a pressing need in today's digital world, which is the participation of city residents as well as members of large organizations in what is happening in the organization and more importantly - to give everyone an equal opportunity to influence what is happening.

Yehondav contacted us as part of the "City Zone" program in which he participated, which gives "smart city" startups help in characterizing their project (accompanied by professionals from the municipality) as well as an opportunity to run the project as a pilot in the municipality.

Of course, the plan was that Tel Aviv would only be the first customer and the big goal is to develop a sufficiently modular system that it can be implemented in different organizations so that each organization will have a different design, different text and different contents.

The system revolves around a concept we called "process". A process is any action a municipality/organization makes such as a budget decision (in which areas in the city would you like to invest the budget), process improvement (how would you like us to improve transportation in the city) or even making a decision in the form of a residents' referendum (whether to set off fireworks on Independence Day)

The method works as follows:

The organization's representatives create a process that consists of stages - a time-limited stage and it can be a questionnaire, a discussion or just an information sheet for users
Users enter the stages relevant to them according to their interests and influence by answering questionnaires or participating in active discussions
All the results of the questionnaires are published in a completely transparent manner to everyone
The organization's representatives publish what actions they will take as a result of the feedback they received from users

The highlight of the project is the management system that allows our client, the company Raizit, to develop a completely different and customized interface for each municipality/organization they contact. For each Raizit customer you can change:

Design - you can change the background, color, font, spacing and more for every smallest element in the system to give a unique look to every organization
Texts - all the static texts in the system can be changed. Starting from the title of the home page to the text of the login button
Features - each organization can define what features it wants, such as a map display, a contact page, and more
And finally, we performed optimization work on the code and the system architecture so that it can withstand the load of many thousands of users from the largest municipalities in Israel

After the end of the development, we went on a very successful pilot in the Tel Aviv Municipality, during which we were attentive to the additional needs of the representatives of the municipality and the residents.

During the pilot, our client received praise for the visibility, speed and capabilities of the system as well as for the quick response to the dynamic needs of the municipality. All of these resulted in the fact that at the end of the pilot the Municipality of Tel Aviv signed a long-term contract with our client for continued activity.

After entering the Tel Aviv municipality, doors were opened for our client and a variety of offers from other municipalities and organizations to implement the system in them.

Thanks to continued quick response and support from our side - the system continues to grow and meet the needs of all the new municipalities/organizations that joined.

Today, the system operates in a variety of large organizations and municipalities in Israel, including Tel Aviv Municipality, Givatayim Municipality, the Labor Party and more
