Project overview

We established the store of the Sher-Spa chain during the closures of the Corona virus in March 2020 with the aim of providing the customers of the chain with an atmosphere of a spa at home with pampering spa packages.

Afterwards, when the chain returned to activity, we realized that there was an option to develop a smart mechanism that would allow customers to order online directly from the website and thus save and optimize the time of the reservation center and provide better service to customers who want to order online without waiting on the phone line.

That's why we developed a mechanism for gift cards and online orders that interfaces directly with the CRM system of the Shar-Spa network and issues vouchers directly to the customers' phones without human intervention.

Execution

We have developed a unique product page, which includes a mechanism for selecting a date and time.
The dates and times were entered specifically per product and thus we created a smart calendar that works according to the settings per branch - the settings we allowed the customer to control are:

Locking specific dates per branch
Locking specific hours per branch
Special discount on special days
Opening and closing hours per branch
Different working days per branch
In addition, we developed a mechanism that simulates the gift card that will reach the customer.

The mechanism allows the end user to enter the name of the recipient of the gift voucher and the blessing he wishes for him.
At the time of the customer's order - we use the integration we developed into the Share Spa CRM system and issue the customer a voucher in the external system to streamline the process.

Summary

Finally, the system we developed on the product page of the Sher Spa chain and the integration between Shopify and their CRM evaluation,
Created efficiency and personnel savings of about 30% from the previous situation.


In addition, a better experience was created for the company's customers - there is no need to wait in line to purchase a spa package or gift certificate.
And most importantly - the gift vouchers purchased on the site - are issued through the external system and thus it is possible to manage all the vouchers in one place and there is no distribution between the CRM system and the Shopify store.
