So what are the steps to developing an e-commerce store or software?

In-depth characterization and analysis of the project's challenges, problems, and goals. The characterization document serves as an expectation alignment between us, thus creating full transparency throughout the development process.

2. Planning a Roadmap

We define presentation points for the process, set up project infrastructure, gather the appropriate tools, and prepare for the start of development.

3. Initiating development processes

Decomposition of tasks and allocation of schedules, establishment of development environments, scheduling, and initiation of development.

4. Testing and Launch

Performing functional tests according to the specifications on various devices and operating systems.
Afterward, a round of bug fixes is conducted, culminating in the project's launch and deployment.
