Call center representative system

Developing a private Shopify application for the call center - through which the call center manages the order system, sees the status of customers' mailings, and thus allows them to create an order for telephone customers in just a few clicks - while maintaining flexibility in shipping and payment methods.

Personalized check-out

In this process, we created a check-out process that includes automatic completion of cities, streets, and distribution points with the delivery company HDF and gov.il.
In addition, we have created customized elevator mechanisms in accordance with legal requirements, and the products are in the shopping cart to increase the average purchase of customers.
