A little about the client

A startup leading innovation in the field of public engagement. The Raise It platform enables public organizations, communities, and political movements to reach out to their target audiences in a targeted manner, consult with them, and involve them in decision-making processes.

The main solutions we implemented:
  • A management system that allows you to create, manage, and design various organizations easily (white-label).
  • Creating processes in the organization such as answering questionnaires, participating in discussions, receiving essential information about the process, and more.

  • View all open processes near the user on a map.
  • Sending updates to all organization users via WhatsApp Business.
  • Connection to the system using Facebook, Google and Digital (for the city of Tel Aviv).

A management system that enables smart management of complex public participation processes

The goal was to distribute the product and allow management organizations, political movements, and communities to rebrand it and adapt it to their customers. To this end, we asked that the system support this and present each organization with its own system with a unique address and processes.

We developed the system so that each organization receives a website tailored to its users and a unique management system, all based on the same shared infrastructure. Each organization can access its information, manage and design the system as it wishes, including minor text and design changes.

This way, when a new organization wants to use the system, it can be quickly set up and started operating without the need for lengthy processes. This way, we saved time, administrative resources, and a lot of money.

Creating processes in the organization with user participation

Smart management of complex public participation processes, with an unlimited number of parallel processes, fully tailored to the organization's needs, such as responding to questionnaires, participating in discussions, receiving essential information about the process, and viewing the process status in real time.
