Our journey with Inokim
A little about the client

Inokim aims to reduce passengers' dependence on vehicles and therefore began producing the lightweight electric scooter as the best transportation solution today.

The main solutions we implemented:
  • Development of stores for franchisees in the international franchise network
  • Development of a dashboard for franchise management
  • Remote control of products at franchise stores
  • Receiving orders

  • Statistics on markets and franchisees for chain management
  • Collecting payment from franchisees automatically by credit card
  • Integration into the Bgate system
  • Warranty activation management system including customer signature

Developing a scalable system for Inokum USA, England, France and Israel

With the help of the system, Inokim will unite all of its franchisees worldwide under one system that will communicate, transmit messages, manage reports, enable editing of products, customers, orders, activate product warranties, manage signatures on documents, and more.

Custom designed customer area

Shopify's personal area did not suit the customer's needs. There was a requirement to create a personal area with the option to manage various options for the scooter he purchased, such as: ordering service, activating a warranty, extending the warranty, and more.
We developed a special personal area for these purposes and enabled synchronization of responsibility sessions to the Inokim management system.

Accounting management

In order for Inokim to be able to work with their ERP system, we developed an integration between the e-commerce stores and the Bgate system for the purpose of synchronizing orders and accounting documents.
