A little about the client

SOHO is an online store for designer products for the home and office, combining meticulous aesthetics with a convenient and clean shopping experience. The site is designed like a digital concept store – with clear navigation, smart filtering, inspirational content such as gift guides, and a consistent design language that reinforces the chain’s premium branding.

The main solutions we implemented:
  • Development of 5 Shopify Plus stores for various brands
  • Developing a network of integrations between SAP and the various sites
  • Developing a b2b store in Europe
  • Planning and implementing cloud architecture in AWS

Full integration with SAP for smart operational management

As part of the development of the SOHO website, WeDev implemented an advanced integration with the SAP system, which enabled full synchronization between the 5 SOHO sites in Israel and Europe and the company's internal management systems. The integration includes automatic inventory updates, order transfers, customer management and invoices – all in real time. This connection ensured accurate, efficient operations and a seamless customer experience, both online and in the chain's physical branches.

Advanced B2B store for business customers and chains in Europe

In addition, we have developed a dedicated B2B platform for business customers and chains operating in the European market. Before entering the system, the customer can apply to become an authorized SOHO distributor – with a dedicated registration form that leads to manual approval by the store manager. Only after approval does the customer receive full access to the system.

The platform allows every business customer to connect to a personal area with customized catalogs, unique price lists, and individual promotions such as 11+1, wholesale discounts, and more.

We built a system that contains advanced pricing logic, shipping restrictions by customer type and destination, and full adjustments to business purchasing processes – all in a smooth, convenient interface that allows for easy ordering, from any device and at any time.

The system saves SOHO valuable time with business customers, streamlines sales processes, and opens the door to expansion into new markets in Europe.
